Salary: up to £37k with £3,500 car allowance

As our organisation expands across Northamptonshire, we are seeking a dedicated Deputy Peripatetic Manager to support multiple homes and contribute to the consistent delivery of excellent care.

Role Overview:
As Deputy Peripatetic Manager, you will work closely with our Peripatetic and Registered Managers to provide leadership support across several services. You will step in during times of absence, support new service openings, and assist in raising standards and embedding good practice. This is a vital, hands-on role offering variety, challenge, and the chance to make a broad impact across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance in homes requiring additional support
• Step into Deputy Manager roles when needed to ensure continuity of care and operations
• Support the implementation of care plans, staff supervision, and team development
• Help maintain compliance with Ofsted standards and safeguarding requirements
• Assist with transitions, new service mobilisation, and quality improvement projects
• Promote a positive, therapeutic environment for children and young people

Essential Requirements:

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent); Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership or senior care role within a children’s residential setting
• Good understanding of the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel to different locations at short notice
• Full UK driving licence
