Resicare Alliance is a growing provider of children’s and adult residential care services, recognised for our commitment to delivering outstanding care and support across our homes. As we continue to expand through both organic growth and acquisitions, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Senior Management Team.
The Role
As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the business, ensuring robust financial management, compliance, and efficiency as we scale. Reporting directly to the Board, you will lead the finance function and contribute to overall business strategy and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic financial leadership to support business growth and sustainability.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the group.
• Lead on M&A activity, due diligence, and integration of acquisitions.
• Manage and develop the finance team to ensure strong controls and compliance.
• Partner with the Board and SMT to drive operational and financial performance.
• Ensure financial reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned to regulatory requirements.
About You:
• Proven experience as a Finance Director or CFO within a multi-site, growth-oriented organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen and track record of supporting scaling businesses.
• Experience in M&A, integration, and change management.
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
