We are committed to and provide the delivery of high-quality services to our clients to support them improve outcomes to children or adults in their care. We won’t compromise in supporting providers to meet the individual needs of the children or adults. Our consultants will assist our clients in achieving improved ratings and the tools and advice to sustain them. We draw on current good practice and national guidance to provide an individual improvement plan for your service(s) and business. We offer support to both EBD (emotional behavioural difficulties) / SEMH (social, emotional, mental health) and SLD (severe learning disabilities) We work with clients to implement an achievable development plan consistent with their service(s) No development plan is the same; they are specific to your business, your ethos, your staff skills, and environment.

All aspects are considered; we collaborate with you, your staff team, your stakeholders, and your clients (if appropriate) but also provide advice, not only on the design of your development plan but also on the strategies for implementation and sustainability. Our dynamic team will assess and deliver valuable insights from a deep understanding and knowledge of regulated services, their inspection frameworks and knowledge of current legislation and statutory guidance relating to children, young people, and adults at risk in residential care.

Our consultants have experience of working within a social or health care organisation, safeguarding and experience of managing complex relationships across a diverse field including social workers, commissioning and placement teams, Ofsted inspectors, QA visitors, residential care workers and registered managers.

Our Team has experience and knowledge of child protection and safeguarding children and young people. They are able in the agreed term to commit to visiting homes on an agreed basis in line with the development plan. All have excellent communication skills, good report writing skills and a high level of critical analysis. They possess excellent time management to provide detailed reports in a timely manner. All our consultants are covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance. All our consultants have enhanced DBS clearance.
