Resicare Alliance Educational provides high-quality outreach education for young people who are unable to access mainstream school. We work with pupils in care, those with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), and students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Our mission is to ensure every learner has the opportunity to achieve and flourish in a supportive and tailored environment.
The Role
We are seeking passionate and flexible Outreach Primary and Secondary Teachers to join our team on a zero-hours contract basis. You will deliver personalised learning sessions outside the school environment, including in community settings, alternative provisions, and pupil homes.
This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same, offering the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality teaching sessions to pupils across Primary and Secondary levels.
Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs and EHCP requirements.
Support students with a range of SEN and SEMH needs to re-engage with education.
Record progress and provide feedback to schools, carers, and professionals.
Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and support networks.
About You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching/tutoring experience.
Experience of working with pupils with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.
A flexible, resilient, and creative approach to teaching.
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one).
Location
We are recruiting in:
– West Midlands: Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Telford, and surrounding areas.
– South Midlands: Bedford, Northampton, Milton Keynes, and surrounding areas.
What We Offer
