I look after the operational side of the business and line manage the managers of the homes, I have recently joined the company and excited to take the journey of growth and development. I have lots of exciting ideas and plans.

Experience: Prior to working for the organisation I was a regional manager in a rural location for 9 homes, this included 2, 3 and 4 bedded homes. I was responsible individual for the 7 homes that were registered with Ofsted and the nominated responsible person to act on the responsible individual’s behalf for the 2 homes in Wales under the CIW framework. There was a period whereby I was the Regional Manager for another 11 specialist CSE homes, ranging from 4 – 6 beds, including being the registered individual for 3 of them. Working with a wide range of external multi agency professionals as part of the wider safeguarding network and was part of supporting previous organisation safeguarding board. I have 4.5 years’ experience of being a registered manager for 3 and 4 bedded homes, including previous residential care worker, team leader, and deputy manager roles.
