I ensure that the Homes are compliant with the Regulations of the Governing body and Legislation of the Law. I work alongside the Managers of the Homes and provide advice and guidance on how to meet the requirements.

Experience: I have worked in numerous roles within the care sector, starting as a Support Worker, then progressing to Team Leader, Deputy Manager and eventually Home Manager before becoming a Quality Assurance Officer.

Fun fact: My quickest time of solving a Rubik’s cube is 28 seconds.
