I look after all the referrals from Local authorities and offers made to the company, supporting our managers with local authorities for any additional support, as well as building and maintaining positive relationships, checking we are doing a great job as well as look after the contracts, marketing and developing our brand.

Experience: I have worked in health and social care for 33 years as a care worker, manager, head of care, quality manager, foster carer, operations manager, deputy director, commissioning manager, consultant, and head of business development. I have always worked in childrens services and been part of senior management teams, part of growth and development strategies and leading on marketing and brand development.
